Who I am
My Story
I'm Guillaume McMartin. For eight years I worked as a firefighter and fire investigator — answering emergency calls and meeting people on the hardest days of their lives.
After a long stretch of personal struggle and a search for meaning, I stepped away from that career and went looking for my purpose.
That search eventually led me across Canada on a bicycle with less than $20 in my pocket and a message of peace, love, and harmony.
Along the way I spoke in schools, learned from Indigenous communities, cleaned forests, rivers, beaches, and parks, wrote books, and built community initiatives. And I discovered a simple truth:
Ordinary people can still change the world.
Today I share stories that help people reconnect with purpose, discover the legacy they're meant to leave, and take the first step toward bringing it to life.
